CF X7 clanking noise from front when braking and starting

Hello.
My C5 has started to make a clunking sound when I brake (hard) and when I start from traffic lights.
There is nothing if I have an egg between my foot and the pedal.
Has automatic transmission, HDI, hyd suspension and has driven about 225000 km.
